The Aegis Boost is similar in appearance to the Aegis Solo and the Aegis Mini, but has all the compact and portable qualities of a pod mod. The Aegis Boost feels great to hold in your hand with its dynamic construction of a rubberized coating, a zinc-alloy finish, and a soft top grain leather accent for a firm grip.

This mod is powered by an internal, rechargeable 1500mAh battery that supports a maximum power output of 40W. To charge, simply locate the rubber tab protected charging port on the side of the device, lift the tab to reveal the port, and plug in the included Micro-USB cable.

Along the chassis, you’ll find the firing key, an up/down control button, and a 0.42in OLED display screen, which shows the current battery life, power output, coil resistance, and puff counter. Powered by the AS Chipset, the menu lets you choose your power output in 0.5 increments, and can be configured anywhere between 5 and 40W.

The included Aegis Boost pod cartridge holds up to 3.7mL of e-liquid which can be filled via the rubber tab protected top-fill method. Simply lift the rubber tab at the top of the pod, fill with your favorite e-liquid, firmly replace the tab, and you’re ready to vape. At the top of the pod is a replaceable drip tip designed for restricted lung vaping, and it can be switched out for an included rounded drip tip for MTL (mouth-to-lung) vaping. The Aegis Boost pod cartridges also feature adjustable airflow control using the airflow control valve on the pod itself, giving you the ability to choose your desired throat hit. Also available for the Aegis Boost is an RDTA pod, not included with this device, for a DIY vaping experience.

Pre-installed in the Aegis Boost pod cartridge is the GV Boost 0.4 ohm Coil, rated for use between 22 and 33W, which brings you a satisfying restricted lung hit that delivers massive clouds and smooth, delicious flavor. Also included is the GV Boost 0.6 ohm Coil, rated for use between 15 and 25W, giving you a unique mouth-to-lung vape full of incredible flavor. Coils can be installed using the device’s quick-lock and release design: simply press the button on the side of the mod to detach the pod from the device, use the included metal tool to remove the coil seamlessly, and then press fit a new coil into the pod. Reattach the pod to the mod, and you’re ready to vape.
